A. Instructions on Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 100 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 100 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below for this purpose, though this is not mandatory. You can initiate the return process via our return portal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functioning.
Please note: As we have two return addresses, be sure to use only the return label provided by us and send your package to the address indicated on the label. This ensures that your return is processed correctly and helps avoid problems or additional costs.
When you create a return label via our return portal, you will receive a DHL return label and return your parcel to Gusti Leder GmbH - Returns, An der Eichspitze 505, 14974 Ludwigsfelde, Germany.
Customers in Poland must use the InPost return portal to generate their return label. You will receive a return label and must return your parcel to Gusti Leder GmbH, Rosówek 42, 72-001 Rosówek, Poland.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, are not a member of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.
General information

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
