A. Instructions on Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to their self-employed professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Gusti Leder GmbH, Erich-Schlesinger-Straße 62, 18059 Rostock, Germany, Tel.: +49 381 367 673 0, Email: info@joandlu-urban.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who, at the time of contract conclusion, are not members of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at that time.

General Information

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

Please do not return the goods to us freight collect (unpaid).

Please note that points 1–2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of cancellation.

B. Supplementary Voluntary 100-Day Return Policy

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of cancellation, we grant you a voluntary return policy of a total of 100 days from receipt of the goods.

After the expiry of the statutory 14-day cancellation period, returning goods under the voluntary return policy requires that the goods are returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Your statutory right of cancellation remains unaffected by this.
