Responsible production means knowing where our finished bags come from, how products are designed and crafted, and ensuring everyone involved in the process is treated fairly. 

Measures we take to align good business with responsible action:

  • We work closely with our manufacturing partners in China to make sure the products are made to a high standard of quality.
  • Manufacturers undergo BSCI audits to monitor fair working conditions across the production process.

Our founder, Christian Pietsch strongly believes that team efforts can have a positive effect on business operations. We foster a culture in which our team members think analytically, stay curious and spot opportunities to make a difference in their everyday work. 

Repairs

We offer a repair service for damaged items including zippers, seams and plastic buckles. You can connect with our customer support team via email and send them photos and a description of the issue.

Smarter packaging

We make our packaging smarter and compact, but how? 

When packing products to send to customers, we use only as much packaging as required. We tailor packaging to fit the product perfectly,  meaning less empty space, reduced packaging waste, and more compact boxes to transport.
